Return
Please contact our customer service team at info@alukun.com to exchange or return your goods. They will provide you with a return slip which must be affixed to the outside of the goods or the returned package so that the return can be processed. Consignments returned without a return slip may be subject to significant processing delays.
For goods sent by a forwarding agent, we are happy to arrange return transportation at your expense. Please contact customer service for details of the cost. For insurance reasons, you must always submit a photograph of the securely packaged goods before transportation by a forwarding agent.
Terms of the returns service
- The return must be announced via the email address info@alukun.com or via our telephone at +49 06131 6366 781
- The return must be confirmed by a service employee of Alukun Ltd. (in writing).
- The goods must be unused and undamaged. If the product consists of different parts, the product must be complete.
- The goods must be packed in the original shipping packaging to be safe for transport.
- The goods are packed as original (protective films, protective materials, lashing straps, etc.).
- Special constructions, on-sale goods, second-hand goods, and or articles procured individually at the customer's request, and spare parts are excluded from the return service.
- The customer bears the costs and the transport risk for the return transport.
