Cancelation, Returns, and Warranty
Have you second thoughts regarding your purchase? We understand. Under particular conditions, you may have the right to withdraw from this contract within seven days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is seven days, starting from the date you and or a third party named by you have confirmed the purchase.
To exercise your right to cancellation, you are urged to send an explicit declaration to us, AluKun Ltd, Serdika Str. 2B, 3. Stock, Office 1 BG - 8000 Burgas; e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org (letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your reasons for canceling this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for delivering goods that are not prefabricated. This means that items manufactured as individual selection or tailored to the consumer's personal needs do not meet the grounds for a cancellation.
Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com to exchange or return your goods. They will provide you with a return slip which must be affixed to the outside of the goods or the returned package so that the return can be processed. Consignments returned without a return slip may be subject to significant processing delays.
For goods sent by a forwarding agent, we are happy to arrange return transportation at your expense. Please contact customer service for details of the cost. For insurance reasons, you must always submit a photograph of the securely packaged goods before transportation by a forwarding agent.
Terms of the returns service
- The return must be announced via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org or via our telephone at +49 06131 6366 781
- The return must be confirmed by a service employee of Alukun Ltd. (in writing).
- The goods must be unused and undamaged. If the product consists of different parts, the product must be complete.
- The goods must be packed in the original shipping packaging to be safe for transport.
- The goods are packed as original (protective films, protective materials, lashing straps, etc.).
- Special constructions, on-sale goods, second-hand goods, and or articles procured individually at the customer's request, and spare parts are excluded from the return service.
- The customer bears the costs and the transport risk for the return transport.
AluKun Ltd. grants a guarantee on the selected items; Two years on motor functions and five years on item profiles. The guarantee claim relates solely to defects that can be proven due to a material or manufacturing fault. This is a guarantee of quality. The warranty is spatially limited to using the purchase object in Bulgari, the Federal Republic of Germany, and Austria. The following countries are excluded from the full warranty: Sweden, Russia, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and countries outside of Europe. Warranty services are only provided if the following requirements are met:
The customer must be a consumer who has made a purchase and agreed to the terms and conditions stipulated by AluKun Ltd. In the event of visible defects or defects in the functional test, these must be reported immediately within 48 hours of the delivery date at the latest.
In the event of damage, the customer must immediately report the damage to Alukun Ltd. Notifying the damage by telephone is insufficient. The manufacturer reserves the statutory right to make improvements. Before other remedial measures are possible, three rectification attempts are permitted. Eliminating defects in the guarantee, e.g., through a repair or a replacement delivery, does not extend the original guarantee period. The warranty for defective parts, to which the manufacturer's warranty relates, will be repaired or replaced, if possible, by AluKun Ltd. The replacements will be made against the return of the replaced parts. The replaced parts become the property of AluKun Ltd. Defects subject to the warranty are remedied without any charge. Spare parts and assembly services are chargeable if the guarantee and warranty are excluded.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Wear and blemishes such as wrinkles in the cloth are excluded from the guarantee (under the non-defect catalog of the Bundesverband Kunststoff-und Schwergewebekonfektion e.V. Düsseldorf). Customary deviations in color and design, weather-related coloring or crackling, and running noises caused by not regularly oiling or cleaning systems are not grounds for claiming a warranty. The guarantee also excludes defects caused by third-party components that do not come from AluKun Ltd., incorrect assembly, improper operation, or improper use of systems/pergolas under the following product list (e.g., during storms, snow, rain, etc.). Damage caused by filiform corrosion (growth of thread-like traces of corrosion under a layer of paint can occur under certain conditions of moisture and electrolyte content in the atmosphere, e.g., in coastal regions) or when using powder-coated aluminum parts is also excluded. The following materials are excluded from warranty claims: Glass materials, seals, sealing material, ceramics, and wear parts such as thermal elements.
The expiration period of the guarantee
expires if third-party spare parts are installed or after repairs that Alukun Ltd. or the manufacturer did not carry out.
Guarantee and legal warranty
This manufacturer's guarantee applies in addition to the statutory or contractual warranty of AluKun Ltd.
The following shipping details apply to items shipped in Bulgaria and the Federal Republic of Germany. At AluKun, we try to provide our clients with the best shipping possibilities possible. For this reason, the higher your bill, the fewer the shipping prices per item. When ordering online, the item weight is averaged. The fees are calculated according to the tables below. As you can see, items exceeding 4000 Euros are free of shipping charges.

Limitations to Price Matching
Alukun will match the product prices of key online and local competitors for immediately available new products. This procedure excludes clearance, refurbished, and open-box items.

- If we lower our in-store, online, or app price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price upon request.
- Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items (excludes clearance, refurbished, and open-box items). One price match per identical item, per customer, is allowed at the current pre-tax price available to all customers.
Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:
- The online prices of retailers not listed in the Special considerations section.
